Our client is an established Australian luxury clothing company known for creating effortless modern designs of considered simplicity.

They are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their Armadale store. This position will suit an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering amazing customer service experiences.

**Main objectives and responsibilities of the role**:

- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to the existing store team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to develop and implement store-level initiatives to deliver results on sales targets and business KPIs.
- Responsible for building rosters that foster team development and best operational support.
- Lead by example, planning and implementing self-development plans in addition to staff training and performance plans.
- Ensure the team’s ability to effectively balance customer service with administrative duties whilst meeting operational deadlines.
- Identify recruitment needs and effectively select and engage new staff members to join the business.
- Ensure store, team and product presentation is consistently immaculate and the visual merchandising effectively speaks to the Jac + Jack brand.
- Provide precise and productive feedback directly to product team regarding weekly product drops, customer feedback, and local needs.
- Contribute to weekly business analysis, providing information to Head Office to understand performance, as well as key actions to continue working toward store targets.
- Attend monthly conference calls with the ability to analyse sales reports, establish critical performance improvement activities and provide constructive solution-driven feedback to Senior Management.

**About you**:

- Minimum three years of retail management experience required.
- Premium and/or luxury sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
