Our client is a major global luxury group who have an amazing opportunity in their store for an Assistant Store Manager who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background.
As part of the Store Management team, you are responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team, as well as an optimised management of store image, product and operations.
**The role includes**:
- Business Development - with a focus on key business strategy
- Team Management - motivating and developing the team
- Client Management - build relationships with their clientele
- Customer Relationship Management - manage customer database, drive appointment bookings and manage in-store VIP events
- Store Management - including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising
**About you**
- 1 + years experience in retail management - luxury experience is preferred however not essential
- Understanding of speciality retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
