We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Project Risk Analysis** to join our **Sydney Hub** to support a diverse range of projects and industry leading clients.

As an MIGSO-PCUBED Project Risk Analysis Consultant, you will play a pivotal functional and advisory role in the successful execution of our clients projects by ensuring all projects are running smoothly, on budget, and on time. Working closely within a team of MP Consultant and other project team members you will utilise your collaborative skills to gather, analyse, and monitor project data while preparing status reports that highlight progress, challenges, and potential risks. You analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying risk, reporting risk, consolidating risk registers, mitigating risk and coaching the project team on maintaining risk reporting accuracy.

As an MP Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

- Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management

- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of key client initiatives.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for projects within the PMO framework.
- Develop and implement project-specific risk management plans and methodologies.
- Maintain and update consolidated risk registers for all projects.
- Prepare and deliver regular risk status reports to project stakeholders and PMO leadership.
- Facilitate risk review sessions and workshops to identify and evaluate project risks.
- Provide training to project managers on risk identification and reporting practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions and update strategies as necessary.
- Support the PMO in establishing risk management standards and processes.
- Foster communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams regarding risk management.

As an MP Consultant, you must deliver expertise, adapt to new environments and industries, and be able to work with both internal and external teams. You will leverage both your expertise in the PPM discipline and a wide breadth of MP material and preparation to successfully support our clients.

**Who are you?**:
**You are someone who has at least a Bachelor’s degree in a engineering or related field of study; Master's degrees are advantageous. You have 2-5 years of experience in managing risk in complex project, program & portfolio environment in aviation, transformation or construction industries. You have a deep understanding of project management strategies, processes, and tools.**

You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and deliver projects that contribute to the organization's growth and competitiveness. Analytical skills are your strong suit and you have a rigorous attention to detail. You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience. You have experience working within large and complex organizations. You are proactive, confident, and engaging; especially when it comes to executive leadership and large stakeholder groups.
