**The Role**

You will work alongside our dedicated eCommerce Support team who will support with training and guidance as you build your confidence to answer inquiries. The working hours are
- Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays will be at our Mulgrave office
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will be work from home

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving eCommerce sales through exceptional customer service
- Providing administrative support for the Beacon Lighting group web sites and Trade Club
- Working in a Beacon Lighting store for your first 2 weeks to gain a hands-on experience with our products

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to sell products over the phone
- A moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Great problem solving skills and a knack for resolving issues
- Able to think on your feet and suggest solutions
- Equally happy to work autonomously as within a team
