**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Facilities Officer to join our dynamic team, servicing our global investment management client in Sydney CBD on a rotational roster. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a varied work environment and enjoy the benefits of a non-traditional schedule.
**Overview of the role**:
Maintain and oversee facility operations across multiple shifts
Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment
Respond to and resolve facility-related issues promptly
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
Work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
Shifts rotate on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Weekend and holiday coverage required
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules

Previous experience in facilities management or related field
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in a rotational shift pattern
Physical ability to perform tasks associated with building maintenance
