A Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience of maintenance of tracks and tyres on earthmoving equipment, is required by Piacentini & Son for our Head Office based in Bunbury, Western Australia. This role is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work.

Piacentini & Son is an earthmoving and mining contractor specialising in bulk earthworks, supply of mobile mining and earthmoving equipment, road haulage and heavy transportation, and rehabilitation services.

An exciting position has become available for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for proactively and reactively diagnosing equipment maintenance and faults and coordinating the repair and parts processes and responses. You must have experience of a range of earthmoving machinery and transporters, with a specific focus on undercarriage components - tracks and tyres.

The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the supply to site of undercarriage components aligned with wear to ensure ongoing fleet availability. You will also measure wear and maintain undercarriage on our tracked fleet.

**To succeed in this role with Piacentini, you will need**:

- Proven experience in earthmoving equipment maintenance
- Solid knowledge of tracks and tyres and undercarriage maintenance
- Experience of staff management of personnel and solid planning and forecasting skills
- Ability to prioritise work commitments and meet deadlines
