Job tasks and responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to assist in successfully installing customers' pools and required additional works, aligned to Narellan Pools Operational systems and procedures and Australia Standards. This position is a part of an installation team and reports to an Installation Supervisor / Site Manager, you will also be required to complete all aspects of installing and completing the pool process for eg. maintenance, install filtrations, cleans etc
As a Pool Install Labourer, you will be responsible for
- Utilising the Narellan Pools systems, procedures and tools
- Installing Customer's pools in a timely manner and without defects
- Completing surrounding landscaping or additional works as required
- Providing a high level of quality in all workmanship
- Use and care for Company equipment within guidelines
- Keeping work tools and vehicles neat, tidy and presentable at all times
- Effective time management when completing tasks or planning for an installation
- Being courteous and sincere towards customers at all times
- Displaying a helpful and positive attitude when addressing customers concerns
- Celebrating with the customer as each milestone of their dream becomes a reality
Essential skills and experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must hold current Driver's licence
- Be a flexible team player and work well with co-workers
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with prompt and reliable attendance
- Conduct yourself with a professional attitude and presentation
- Ability to follow instruction to ensure quality installations and a safe work environment
- Enjoy working outdoors

Remuneration will be negotiated with the right candidate based on skills and experience.
Our yard is located in Balmoral (Southern Highlands) NSW. This is where you will commence work each day and you will work all over the Wollondilly, Southern Highlands area also reaching Kangaroo Valley
