**Your new role**

As a Team Leader you will be providing a range or support that extend to quality management, marketing, and communications. You will be a point of contact for team members and will be assisting with the day-to-day issue, training, and feedback.

Other duties will include/ but not limited to
- Proper documentation of staff and participants
- Organising and documentation training
- Develop Polices, processes and templates
- Manage ICT and records
- Support business development within the organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**

For this role you will be comfortable having 3-5 direct reports and have strong communications skills. You will have demonstrated experience in the disability sector, knowledge of NDIS, and have proven problem-solving skills. This role will require Working with Vulnerable People Check, up to date Police Check (or willing to obtain) and demonstrated experience in a management position. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to ensure quality and compliance of programs are up to industry standard.
