**TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER**

We are looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our Service Desk at the NSW RFS.

Our Technical Support Officer will provide a broad range of advice in support of users utilising a range of media, including the infrastructure environment and software. The role actively engages with our members to resolve technical issues within a 24/7 emergency services environment.

You will be required to participate in a rotating, team work hour’s roster including weekends, and on an after-hours and/or on call roster. There is a possibility of extended working hours during extreme fire activity and as required during critical projects.

- Be tech savvy and learn new systems quickly.
- Be willing to help and go above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service.
