**YOUR ROLE**

Joining the Operational Risk team in Direct Insurance Australia, this role will work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes by identifying risks, issues and optimisation opportunities in line with the direct insurance Australia division’s assurance and quality guidelines.

As well as designing and delivering Quality Assurance projects, you will analyse and review business processing errors and compliance breaches through auditing and monitoring measures to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement in line with the Direct Insurance Australia Division business units’ frameworks. Scheduled and Ad-hoc reviews are conducted in accordance with Assurance Frameworks and within tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality.

This is a
**permanent role**, open to
**major cities in Australia** with a requirement to attend your local office once a week.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ability to work collaboratively in a national team environment
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Sound data gathering, analysis and report writing skills
- CTP knowledge (preferred)
- Knowledge of the General Insurance industry
- Prior experience reviewing, implementing and advising on business specific policies, systems and procedures (preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in relevant insurance area with solid understanding of the related business processes
- Certificate IV in Financial Services or equivalent qualification and/or an equivalent level of industry experience (preferred)
