**Casual Early Childhood Educators - OAC Buderim**

As a Casual Educator, you'll gain experience across all age groups, enjoy the support of our dedicated team, and have access to opportunities for long-term career development.

**Who You Are**
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)
- Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different rooms and routines
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to campus culture
- Excellent communicator with a genuine passion for early learning
