**Purpose of Role**:
Are you passionate about driving learning and development initiatives that align with business priorities? As the Head of Learning and Development, you will lead our L&D team to deliver impactful programs, including leadership and eCademy programs, induction, and other L&D solutions. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our talent strategies and ensuring effective internal communications.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Team Culture and Leadership**:
- Partner with the Chief People Officer on strategic initiatives.
- Coach L&D team and business leaders to develop team capabilities that support a high-performing culture.
- Optimize internal communications to support operational excellence and culture.
- Provide specialised support for initiatives requiring L&D input.
**Learning and Development Solutions**:
- Understand business learning needs and provide aligned recommendations.
- Manage and facilitate L&D frameworks for an engaged and skilled team.
- Develop, facilitate and evaluate L&D solutions with internal and external partners.
- Partner with external RTOs to deliver meaningful qualifications through our Fantastic eCademy.
**Sustainable L&D Solutions**:
- Grow internal capability to support business strategy.
- Create sustainable L&D solutions aligned with succession and future needs.
- Drive continuous improvement of L&D offerings to meet business needs.
**Financial and Program Management**:
- Manage the financial aspects of L&D solutions to ensure budget adherence.
- Lead the Fantastic eCademy program to maximise participation.
**Success Profile - Person Specification**:
**Work Experience**:
- Desirable: Understanding of AQF/ASQA requirements and experience partnering with RTOs.
**Qualifications**:
- Essential: Qualification aligned to Learning and Development, Change Management, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or applicable experience.
**Technical Skills**:
- Essential: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritizing skills; proficient with eLearning and design software (Articulate, Adobe, or alternative); facilitation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
