**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process workers' compensation claims, including filing, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, medical professionals, and legal representatives as needed.
- Monitor the progress of claims and provide regular updates to management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with WorkCover regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workers' compensation claims.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to minimise workplace injuries and promote employee safety.
- Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the claims process, including facilitating return-to-work programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or social services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of WorkCover regulations and procedures.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
