**THE ROLE**:
Haynes Group are currently seeking a** Customer Support Assistant **for** Hastings Deering** located i**n Acacia Ridge.**

**The key responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure all merchandise stands/cabinets/ racks are full and merchandise is displayed in a neat matter.
- Assist customers with purchases and enquiries.
- Answering calls and transferring to the correct extensions. In the case extensions are busy taking messages and ensuring they are delivered to the right person
- Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional matter.

**ON OFFER**:

- Casual Employment basis
- Maternity fill position
- Monday - Friday Roster
- Minimum of 38 hours/week
- $30/hour flat rate

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role highly advantageous
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screen.
- Available for immediate commencement
