**The Role**:
Having recently completed a five-year strategy review, a need has been identified for a National Operations Manager, to be based in Perth. The focus of this newly created position is to drive the supply chain and distribution functions for the business. There will be some limited travel in the role. A key focus of this position will be to deliver standardised processes across the APAC region, from initial customer contact through to end-user delivery. This will involve:

- Team management (3 FTE)
- Post-sales interaction with end-users, resellers and subcontractors
- Warehouse, dispatch and supply chain management
- Ongoing systems and process improvement
- Month-end reporting, forecasting and demand planning
- Strategic planning and execution

**The Person**:

- Logistics/supply chain leadership experience, gained from an industrial industry sector
- Proven customer service and time management skills - coupled with the ability to work in a team environment
- An ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stake-holders
- Experience in enterprise resource planning systems and establishing/implementing new processes
