- Manage stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Customer Service & Experience:

- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.

Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.
- Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
- Foster a positive work environment and team culture.

Financial & Business Management:

- Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and profitability.
- Implement cost-saving strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Barista experience and knowledge of specialty coffee.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
