**Store Operating Hours**: 7am to 3pm Mon to Fri, 7am to 2pm Sat & Sun, 5pm to 8.30pm Fri & Sat nights

**Roster**: Multiple positions available - must be available to work between 6am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday or Wednesday to Sunday. We also have evening shifts available on Friday & Saturday nights 4.45pm to 8.30-9pm.

With the vision to create a beautiful venue for everyone to enjoy, gluten-free or not, our focus is on creating and serving a broad range of high quality, wholesome and delicious foods and beverages.

**Current Positions**

Merak GF is expanding and we currently have positions available for experienced and enthusiastic **cafe all-rounders**and **barista/all-rounders** to join our dynamic team and be part of our beautiful, busy café community.

Barista's must also have experience working solo (or with an assist during peak service times) to prepare & craft our beautiful hot & cold beverages for the Merak GF community.

**Role Requirements**
- must have well-developed skills working in a fast-paced, quality-driven working environment
- must be able to work under pressure and have a well developed ability to multi-task across all duties within a cafe environment
- must be able to work independently and as part of team
- must be well presented and take great pride in all your capabilities
- great customer services skills are absolutely essential
- previous hospitality experience is absolutely essential
- excellent communication and time management skills
- **must be able to travel to Redland Bay 4165**
