EIR Labour Hire are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administration Assistant to work for our client who connects the finest ingredient solutions and product trends to food and beverage manufacturers around the globe.

**What YOU Get**:
**WEEKLY PAY**: $34.58 ph + Super + OT

**LOCATION**: Berrinba, QLD

**HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm

**BONUS**: Temp to Perm Opportunity

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Respond to stock and order queries from internal customers in a timely and detailed manner

Assist with distributing/allocating work for warehouse staff

High level of customer service to internal and external customers

Attending to distribution related queries

Invoice sales orders, purchase orders, tfn orders etc

Process orders through freight management system

Managing bookings with transport and couriers & timeslots for loading and unloading of trucks

Printing, filing, general admin duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Min. 2 years of experience in administration or similar role (preferably in warehouses & supply chain management industry)

Understanding of and ongoing adherence to Quality & Food Safety Culture policies and procedures

Able to demonstrate customer service experience

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package

Strong time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
