**About the role at Cover Genius**

Based in Sydney and reporting to Senior People Partner, the Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for delivering a magical and inspiring Employee Experience by providing workplace management support, including general office administrative duties, procurement of office supplies and equipment, organizing team outings and events and other critical administrative duties. This person will liaise with a broad group of stakeholders, especially our APAC team. This role will be pivotal in promoting a meaningful employee experience to increase engagement and employee satisfaction.

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Diary Management - Track, manage, and prioritize the daily movements for business leaders to achieve the organization’s goals effectively
- Office and Team Coordination - Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team

**Strengths**
- Social skills - Behaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people
- Flexibility - Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
