About the Role
The Operations Systems Advisor will maintain and update operational systems to ensure optimal data management, analyse performance metrics, and provide technical support and training on system functionalities. This role will work with various teams to enhance system efficiency and processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for system administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update operational compliance systems for optimal data management, including but not limited to CGR Risk Register, DoneSafe, OneTrust, CPOMS.
- Analyse performance metrics and ensure compliance across operations.
- Provide technical support and training on system functionalities.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance system efficiency and processes.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and workflows for system administration.
- Ensure effective data management and system functionality.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide comprehensive reports on system performance and compliance metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of system-related policies and procedures.

About You
- Previous experience in a similar system administration and data management role.
- Strong understanding of operational systems and data management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse performance metrics and ensure compliance.
- Experience in providing technical support and training.
- Knowledge in system-related policies and procedures.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience in the Education Sector (preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., IT, operations management) (preferred)
