**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Planning Associate to join our Supply Planning team at CSL Behring. Reporting to the Director Planning and Procurement, you will support the business plans and priorities as agreed by the Sales and Operations and Integrated Business Planning. You will maintain the internal systems and processes to ensure our ERP system accurately reflects the production schedules and inventory.

This is a 12-month fixed term role based in our Broadmeadows site.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for department document updates in relevant eQMS system.
- Assist with ensuring Materials Requirement Planning is accurate and efficient and support the Master Production Schedule.
- Assist in the coordination with the other CSL Behring sites for Intermediate supply to meet the BMW site production plan.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning cycle with supply planning information to
- ensure customer requirements are met and inventory targets maintained.
- Maintain the required intercompany transactions and ensure accuracy of data and inventory transactions on all ICTM transactions.
- Assist with ensuring key inventory and planning S&OP policies are up to date and adhered to.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or related discipline is advantageous.
- Experience in working on SAP or equivalent ERP system.
- Exposure to Sales and operations planning.
- Experience in a detail planning/scheduling environment.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in a GMP environment (Pharma/food).
- An understanding of the principles of inventory management and control
