Established over 40 years ago, this successful professional services firm has offices across Victoria and Queensland and is poised for continued growth. To effectively support this growth, they seek a personable and hands on people & culture leader to uplift the function and the impact of P&C across the organisation. Appointing a high caliber P&C leader to this role and firm is an exciting prospect and you will be well supported by the entire leadership team as you join the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and with 3 direct reports, you will be responsible for re-developing the people & culture strategy, processes and systems. Key to your success will include:

- Engaging with the leadership group to establish the P&C strategy.
- Developing and implementing the talent acquisition strategy.
- Strategic workforce planning including talent identification and succession planning.
- Continue to develop and enhance the firm’s culture and employee engagement programs.
- Supporting the development of your P&C team to make a strong contribution to the uplift of the function.
- Empowering leaders through coaching and support.
- Ownership of all employee relations including performance management, remuneration and organisational change strategies that are aligned to the firm’s goals.
- Providing thought leadership in the areas of culture development, wellbeing, learning & development and P&C systems/processes.

You enjoy having ownership of a function and setting a strategy but can also be ‘hands on’ when needed. You will be an experienced P&C manager with success in process improvement and designing and implementing best practice people & culture programs. Your ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders is important as is your ability to manage and develop a team.
