Churches of Christ, one of Australia’s most respected not-for-profit organisations, is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to take the helm of our 124-bed Oak Towers Aged Care Service in Oakleigh. This is your opportunity to shape a thriving care environment and lead a dedicated team in delivering excellence every day.

**About the Role**

As Service Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, allied health professionals, support staff, and volunteers. You’ll foster a culture of compassion, safety, and innovation while overseeing the daily operations of the facility.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Driving high-quality clinical care and lifestyle programs that exceed resident expectations
- Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with accreditation standards
- Managing budgets and resources to support long-term sustainability
- Building strong community relationships to enhance occupancy and reputation

**About You**

You are an experienced Service manager with a background in residential aged care and have managed large teams of 170+ staff. You have a strong understanding of aged care quality standards, incident investigation and complaints management.

**You’ll also have**:

- AHPRA registration or postgraduate qualifications in health/business administration
- 5+ years’ post-grad experience, including recent aged care or health management roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and alignment with our mission and values
- Required checks: National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening, Driver’s Licence, Insolvency Check
