**The Role**
We are currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our Melbourne team on a full-time basis, working onsite from our CBD office. The Office Clerk position is an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties to support the team including:

- collecting/distributing incoming mail and posting outgoing mail;
- deliveries and court filing;
- scanning, printing, filing and photocopying;
- assisting with administrative tasks including closing and archiving files;
- stocktaking and ordering kitchen and office supplies;
- organising catering and assisting with internal/external events and firm initiatives;
- attending to and ensuring the kitchen, meeting rooms and photocopy areas are maintained at a high standard (including emptying the dishwasher and general tidiness);
- providing general office maintenance support as required;
- providing daily reception coverage (including attending to meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering the phone, taking messages, etc); and
- other adhoc duties including assisting other offices nationally as required.
