Due to continued growth in this highly regarded and long standing Law Firm, a new and exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Clerk to become an integral member of their friendly team.

**About the role...**

Reporting to a Partner, and working closely with a team of Lawyers, you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as ongoing training and support.

Some of your responsibilities, will include but not limited to;
- preparing loan documentation
- drafting correspondence and a wide range of legal documents
- arranging settlements
- liaising with banks and other parties
- preparing client reports
- general administration

**About you...**

To secure this exciting opportunity you will have at least 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Clerk, be highly motivated and have a positive team attitude. You will also have;
- strong attention to detail
- advanced MS Office skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- well-developed time management and organisational skills
