Contribute to Exceptional Customer Experiences

You will be a key contributor to the success of our store's non-fresh products department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our store remains welcoming, engaging, and presented exceptionally.

About the Role

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grocery department. This includes managing team members, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and meet cost control requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on stock management, inventory, and other relevant metrics
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve visual merchandising, customer engagement, and overall store appearance
  • Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations, including rostering, scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
