The **Macmahon **WAC Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The **Macmahon** office is an award-winning facility with a large, recently upgraded on-site gym, free secure undercover parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The WAC Head Office hosts **Macmahon’s** centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business.

We are currently seeking an experienced **Training Program Specialist** to join our Corporate Team on a 5 days on, 2 days off roster based at our Perth Head Office. Working closely with the Apprenticeship Team and reporting to the Trade Development Superintendent, this role will suit an experienced Training Coordinator or Administrator with extensive RTO experience.

**Daily duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Management of induction and training records, safety and training filing systems
- Ensure all relevant documents are submitted efficiently and accurately
- Research qualifications that are aligned with business requirements to continually upskill and develop the workforce
- Identify and track Federal Government funding programs for training purposes to align with business requirements
- Coordination of Macmahon Apprenticeship recruitment events
- Liaise with external RTO’s, site administration and apprentices
- Record and monitor academic results of all Macmahon apprentices
- Record personal records of apprentices in the system
- Monitor the ‘off the job’ training progress of apprentices
- Organise the site rotation of apprentices
- Raising and receipting purchase order numbers
