We are looking for a dedicated Employer Specialist to join our team and help bridge the gap between talented individuals and inclusive employers. While you will be based in Joondalup, you will have the opportunity to service the following locations in the North Metro region:

Mirrabooka

Osborne Park

Morley

In this dynamic role, you will be the primary link between our organisation and the business community. You will spend your days building strong, lasting relationships with employers across various industries. Your goal is to not only find job opportunities but to also help businesses understand the immense value of a diverse workforce. You will:

• Build Partnerships: Proactively engage with employers to understand their workforce needs and create ongoing employment opportunities.
• Be a Consultant: Provide expert advice on creating inclusive workplaces, from recruitment strategies to making reasonable adjustments.
• Drive Outcomes: Match qualified participants with suitable roles, negotiate offers, and ensure successful, long-term placements.
• Leverage Your Expertise: Use your strong understanding of the local labour market to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

You are a skilled professional with a proven track record in employer engagement or recruitment, ideally within the employment services sector. You are a natural communicator and negotiator who is passionate about creating positive employment outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing professional relationships with employers.
• A strong understanding of the local labour market and diverse industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and databases.
• A current driver's license and a willingness to travel.
