**About the role**:
Other responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with CDC teams to facilitate importing and exporting of assets and other asset information such as manufacturers and models.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans for critical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity of critical assets.
- Schedule and create preventative maintenance work orders.
- Ensure Vendor details in EAMS are up to date and correct.
- Design and create asset-based analytics and cadence reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams in the DC Operations sphere to record assets and setup preventive maintenance schedules.
- Become an expert with the use of the CDC Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and coordinate with site teams to ensure asset details, maintenance plans, schedules and the development of work orders get entered/developed accurately with a high level of detail maintaining ongoing compliance of the critical environment.
- Periodic audits to ensure all completed works and supporting documentation concluding the close of completed works are recorded appropriately.
**About you**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on strict deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and organisational and analytical skills
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical infrastructure environment.
- Prior experience in asset management.
- Proficiency in asset management software (CMMS), monitoring tools, and data centre infrastructure management systems.
**Essential**:
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
