**Downer**is seeking skilled **Electrical Automation Technicians**or **Electrical Automation Engineers**for ongoing heavy industrial maintenance services and outages with our Automation team. Our Automation team works in 2 main areas, VSD (Variable Speed Drives) and In-motion weighbridges for rail.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical/electronic equipment in a range of heavy industrial environments
- Knowledge of how AC and DC motors work, and analogue, digital electronic and microprocessor control circuitry is highly desirable
- Hold an Electrical licence and/or Electrical Engineering qualification with a valid LVR CPR
- White Card and Driver’s License
- RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card desirable
- Highly motivated, driven, and organised individual with a continuous improvement mindset
- Have a true interest in learning and developing your skills within the automation fieldAbility to travel and work site-based as and when required
