Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin
- Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and plans to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and execute inventory management plans to maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply demands while minimizing excess stock.
- Implement tracking systems to record all movements of supplies and finished goods.
- Ensure timely reordering and restocking based on demand forecasts and lead times.
- Liaise with internal departments and external customers to fulfill outward goods requirements.
- Oversee transportation and forwarding logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
- Supervise the recording of all purchase, storage, and distribution transactions.
- Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Direct and supervise supply chain staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and foster a high-performance work environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $60,001.00 per year
