We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our manufacturing processes to new heights.

Position Overview: As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinate production schedules, and implement best practices to enhance productivity. Your expertise in manufacturing processes and team leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and quality assurance, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive productivity.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
