  • Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and plans to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Prepare and execute inventory management plans to maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost.

  • Negotiate supplier contracts to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.

  • Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply demands while minimizing excess stock.

  • Implement tracking systems to record all movements of supplies and finished goods.

  • Ensure timely reordering and restocking based on demand forecasts and lead times.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external customers to fulfill outward goods requirements.

  • Oversee transportation and forwarding logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.

  • Supervise the recording of all purchase, storage, and distribution transactions.

  • Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Direct and supervise supply chain staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
