We are a registered NDIS Provider seeking a highly organised and efficient Roster and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident, ambitious and goal-oriented, driven, adaptable and has a passion for organisation and efficiency. The Roster and Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the best possible care by coordinating and managing the schedules of our team of support workers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of support workers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care
- Communicate effectively with support workers and clients to confirm shifts and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Manage and organise schedules to ensure that support workers are available when needed
- Provide support to the management team as needed, including managing travel arrangements and logistics for meetings
- Maintain accurate records of support worker availability and client needs

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Previous experience in rostering or scheduling preferred
