Master Scheduler / PMO Lead (Fully Remote)

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Master Scheduler / PMO Lead to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Government client on a key transformation engagement. Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive document registers, risk registers, and formal transmittal registers.
  • Prepare and issue formal notifications to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Drive effective schedule management for large-scale programs.
  • Coordinate program governance and reporting activities.
  • Support the Project Management Office functions.
  • Ensure all program documentation is accurate and controlled. Key Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience as a Master Scheduler or PMO Lead.
  • Working experience with government clients from a vendor/consulting perspective.
  • Expert proficiency with MS Project on large-scale programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must hold Australian Citizenship and a current security clearance (Baseline or NV1).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex program documentation and registers.
