The Sail and Anchor is an iconic landmark in the heart of Fremantle. It is conveniently located within close proximity to tourist attractions such as Freo Markets, Henderson Mail Buskers Pitch and a short stroll from The Esplanade. With the spiraling staircase, wood paneled walls, pressed tin ceiling, and friendly staff, the Sail and Anchor is filled with charm and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at the Sail & Anchor

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food and bars
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA and Aproved Managers Card
