**Key Responsibilities**:
Technical/Operational:

- Conduct health and safety needs assessments, audits, and reviews.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
- Develop control frameworks to enhance safety measures.
- Provide leadership coaching to enhance safety culture.
- Project management to ensure effective implementation of safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop scope of works documents and client proposals based on defined needs.
- Continuous project management to monitor and evaluate ongoing safety programs.

Knowledge/Experience
- Previous internal or external consulting experience.
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology and online systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Possession of a current driver's license and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred
- Relevant tertiary qualification in OHS or allied health
- Certified Lead auditor on Health and Safety Management System: ISO 45001.
