Sydney, Australia Insync Workplace Solutions Full time

As we continue to grow, we seek experienced and qualified WHS consultants to provide consultancy services on an ad-hoc basis to our clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

- The provision of a range of services, including day to day 'management' of clients' WHS requirements as part of our 'virtual' WHS manager program
- Conducting risks assessments
- Assisting with the preparation of SWMS, SOPs, JSEA's
- Reviews and updates of policies, procedures and processes
- Incident investigations
- Audits/inspections/gap analysis
- Facilitating management reviews
- Preparing monthly safety reports for clients
- Delivery of induction and training programs and toolbox talks
- Coaching and mentoring of management and staff to embed a proactive, productive, inclusive, physically and psychologically safe workplace

What you will bring to the role:

- Must have ABN, relevant insurances, valid driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for workplace health, safety and wellbeing
- Minimum five years experience working in WHS, preferably in a consulting role; however, if you have the right attitude, we can work with that.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
