MTP Health is a truly integrated multidisciplinary practice incorporating Orthopaedic surgeons, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology, we are bridging the gap between medicine and exercise. Providing full spectrum empowering health care and support from rehabilitation to performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Booking appointments and surgical procedures
- Co-ordinating operating theatre lists
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations and procedures
- Managing financial consent, quotations and debt recovery
- Processing Medicare and Eclipse accounts
- Liaising with Health Funds and Work Cover insurers
- Preparing specialists’ rooms for consultation days
- Coordinating surgical schedules

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in a allied health reception or medical secretarial role
- Knowledge of allied health or Medical Terminology
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
