**The Organisation**
Sharp & Carter has been exclusively engaged by one of Victoria's largest not-for-profit and educational groups in their search for an experienced and senior finance professional as they embark on a significant period of transformational change and growth.

**The Role**
Reporting to the CFO and working in partnership the Senior Finance Leadership Team, role’s main purpose is to oversee the financial management, reporting and compliance of all the organisation's operations, partnering with managers across the organisation to meet all its reporting requirements. This includes responsibility for maintaining and executing the business’ accounting activities, including reporting, analysis, payroll, budgeting / forecasting, as well as providing financial leadership and expertise to the organisation. The role will plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the Finance Team, and participate as part of the Executive.

CA / CPA qualified, you will be an experienced and commercially focused senior finance leader having led a team before as a Finance Director/Head of Finance/GM of Finance. You will enjoy building broad relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
