**About the Role**:
**The position of Head of Special Education Services (HOSES)**: Inclusion collaborates with the Serviceton South State School leadership team in leading the school's Explicit Improvement Agenda: Clarity, Feedback, Literacy, Inclusion.
**The successful applicant will also**:
- Lead a dedicated team of Inclusion teachers, who co-plan, coteach and coach year level teams to provide support for all students within the school.
- Build capacity of teachers and teacher aides to provide quality curriculum and assessment opportunities that meets student's academic, behavioural, attendance and wellbeing needs.
- Coordinate and provide intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
- Provide, support and/or coordinate case management for students who require extensive or substantial adjustments.
- Participate in school decision making processes as well as professional development to contribute to school goals, vision and planning.
