This role requires a fast-paced, hands on operator who is passionate about food and beverage offerings and is eager to grow with a growing hospitality group and drive their career.

Your role will include:

- Overseeing the daily North Beach Kiosk operations
- Ordering and stock management
- A good amount of POS reporting experience and financial understanding
- Endorsing and supporting company values
- Inspiring staff, leading by example and being a great company ambassador
- Have attention to detail and excel in multi-tasking
- Initiatating drive, staff motivation, focus and morale
- Showing passion for developing our existing and future team
- Maintain regular staff appraisals
- Engaging with management in all areas of our business
- Managing staff rosters and be willing to work a 7 day rotating roster
- Maintain general kiosk maintenance
- Adhere and maintain OH&S guidelines
- Strong barista skills & experience

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
