**Bridge Works Supervisor**
- **Annual Salary Range: $74,581 - $90,740** plus superannuation

**About the Opportunity**

The Bridge Supervisor is responsible for leading, engaging and supervising a team of dedicated staff to deliver steel, civil, bridge and maintenance works. The standard hours for this position are 7.30am to 4.00pm. The Works Supervisor must be prepared to work overtime outside these hours, work away from home for periods of time and attend after hours call outs.

**About You**

2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and be a leader within the group.
4. Able to exercise independent judgement and sound resource, quality and project management skills; to effectively deliver maintenance and construction activities in compliance with contractual, safety, quality, budget and time specifications.
5. Sound administration capabilities with the ability to maintain sound business records.
6. Able to identify issues and implement logical and compliant solutions to achieve desirable business outcomes.
