Local Industrial Automation Company Seeking Mechanical Fitter

**Your new company**
Our client is an SA-based company that supplies high-quality industrial automation equipment. They supply Oil and Gas, Paper and Pulp, and Water and Waste, amongst other industries. Due to significant growth, our client is looking for a new Mechanical Fitter to join their company.

**Your new role**
As a team, you build solar panels, cabinets, brackets and frames. You’ll have a mechanical fitter qualification and enjoy being on the tools, but also have a mind that can read plans and 3D models, and work out how to build those things. The job is often collaborative with engineers The existing team has a calm, friendly dynamic, so you’ll fit well with that.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Mechanical fitter qualification
- Ability to interpret drawings/3D Models
- Desirable but not essential
- Forklift license
- Dogging/slinging
- Tube bending experience
