We are looking for the capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. **Skill - Citrix** **IMPLEMENTATION** - Engage in workshops with customers to Architect end-to-end solutions and have hands-on experience setting up, maintaining and expanding large-scale heterogeneous environments. - Excellent time management, communication, prioritization and negotiation skills. - Account planning skills with experience in up-sell and cross-sell strategies. - Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition. - Provides technical support, configuration, and administration of Citrix environment - Develops processes, procedures, and technical documentation for management of Citrix. - Provides technical support, configuration, and administration of Windows Server as required - Assists with architectural design to improve reliability, performance, and efficiencies - Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problems. - Provide support for a 24 x 7 operation, when required - Establishes strong working relationships with key staff members in departments. - Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a Wintel Engineer/Architect with an outstanding track record of progressively increasing responsibilities - Strong ability to communicate effectively and multi-task with mínimal supervision - Current certifications with Cisco, Citrix & Microsoft required - Strong understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model - 6+ years’ experience in architecting, designing, migrating, troubleshooting, and implementing Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and XenServer technologies. - 2+ years’ experience in performing configuration, testing, and implementation of Citrix NetScaler HA and LB - 10+ years of Network, Storage, and Infrastructure (Data Center, etc.) experience. - A strong understanding of leading manufacturers’ routing and switching architecture; and experience with storage and virtualization products from leading manufacturers. - Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Converged Infrastructure concepts - Appsense (big plus) - Microsoft SCCM - Powershell - VMWare 2+ yr - Hyper-V 2+ yrs - Ability to optimize infrastructure and troubleshoot at all 7 layers of the OSI model - Performs other duties as assigned. **What next?
