**Job Description**:
Our Aussie Retail Mortgage Brokers are the go-to brokers within their local communities. Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, you will:

- Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries
- Build a client pipeline
- Support customers with their lending needs and guide them through the home loan journey

**Qualifications**:

- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required. If you do not have a Certificate IV, we can provide instruction on how to obtain it
- Experience in lending, sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role
- A strong drive to build and grow a successful mortgage broking business is essential
- A desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams is the most important criteria of all

- Uncapped earnings In this self-employed, commission-based role, you’ll be remunerated based on loans settled, so you have control of your earning potential
- Our industry leading onboarding program will see you in front of customers from week two, and our new starters are averaging 8 lodgements in their first 8 weeks
- You’ll receive ongoing mentorship and guidance from your store’s highly experienced, successful franchisee
- You’ll receive customer leads to support you in building a client pipeline. Our stores experience strong enquiry volume courtesy of our extensive investment in marketing and advertising
