**Job Summary**

At Stakat Dovagate we are looking for a leading hand tradesman who has completed their trade certificate and been practising their trade 5 years out of apprenticeship. The role will include leading sites in the commercial building industry.

**About the Role**
- An on the tools role jumping into any commercial project getting the job completed on time with exceptional finishes.
- Direct link between management and ground staff by implementing strategies and be forthcoming with new ideas and solutions.
- Motivate teams within the company and leading them to complete jobs.
- All jobs must be executed with great attention to detail, a positive attitude and honesty.
- Out of the box thinking and improvisation is needed for unusual tasks.
- Communicate with clients and tenants as well as your own crew.
- A stepping stone to pursue a career in project management within the company

**Experience**
- Trade qualification mandatory
- 5+ years of out of apprenticeship with leading hand experience
- Commercial experience (preferred but not essential)
- Capacity to teach and train colleagues
- Outstanding communication & time-management skills
- White Card
- Form of transport
- Hand and power tools
- Drivers Licence with 6+ demerit points available

**Salary**: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
