Communications Specialist

Seeking Communication's specilaists at multiple levels to support strategic internal communication and engagement plans and collateral for major programs/initiatives to drive connecting and engagement.

You will work collaboratively across the business to provide specialist communications advice and expertise, and develop and implement internal communication strategies to drive business priorities and meet objectives to deliver business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective enterprise communication campaigns and activities in support of organisation priorities and objectives
- Develop and coordinate communication content and collateral to drive team engagement
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders organisation-wide, and be known as a 'go to' person for information and advice on communication activities and processes
- Contribute to internal communications planning and strategy execution

At a more senior level:

- Effectively lead and drive the communication agenda for dedicated partner groups/functions, identifying short and long-term needs and managing requirements end-to-end, from planning to delivery.
- Plan, create and deliver internal communication strategies, maximising opportunities and minimising risk, to successfully launch and embed a range of business priorities and initiatives.
- Align to and establish strong working relationships with key Executives, senior leaders and line managers within partner groups/functions to become a trusted advisor on sensitive and day-to-day issues.
- Lead communication and content planning and development in alignment with other Internal Communication professionals.
- Work in an integrated way with the broader Communications team to ensure effective alignment of messaging, use of channels and content coordination.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related discipline
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong skills working in SharePoint and with the Microsoft 365 suite - proficiency in Teams and PowerPoint in particular an advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other desktop publishing and design packages desirable
- Flexible, creative team player willing to step into whatever is required to get the job done
