**The Company**

Ocean Life Education is a small business that provides marine education programs designed to inspire students of all ages to appreciate and take responsibility for the environment. Our educators visit schools, early learning centres, holiday programs, shopping centres and environmental events. Check out our website for more info. Our fabulous office manager is leaving us soon to relocate. If you like the sound of the role below please get in touch.

**The Role**
- Be the go-to person for the business, efficient and timely communication with all team members and customers to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Accurate and appropriate scheduling of bookings
- Following up on customer enquiries efficiently
- Seek opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.
- Establishing new business relationships.
- Support environmental awareness and protection

**Skills & Experience**

The successful applicant may have qualifications in Business, Communications or Marketing, however must have
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in forging and maintaining new business relationships
- Tech savvy skills

The position is currently 7.5 hours Mon, Tues, Thurs, however working hours and days can be flexible.
