**The Company**

Well-established in the education industry, Ocean Life Education provides marine education programs designed to inspire students of all ages to appreciate and take responsibility for the environment. Our educators visit schools, early learning centres, holiday programs, shopping centres and environmental events. This is an opportunity for an experienced office administrator or savvy business student to join our team of passionate environmental advocates.

**The Role**
- Be the go-to person for the business, efficient and timely communication with all team members and customers to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Accurate and appropriate scheduling of bookings
- Following up on customer enquiries efficiently
- Seek opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.
- Establishing new business relationships.
- Support environmental awareness and protection

**Skills & Experience**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Tech savvy skills

The position is currently 7.5 hours Mon, Tues, Thurs, however working hours and days can be flexible.
